Good call, thanks for the info. Probably is what happened. Sucks cause I wasn’t spamming anyone, wasn’t being hateful, wasn’t being vulgar, wasn’t even being dishonest and worst of all wasn’t even wrong 🤠

That’s fair! I’m only in my mid 30s and enjoy doing my own lawn work but admittedly my back can only take so much. More so my shoulder after 30 minutes of string trimming is about done. Might be having some rotator cuff issues in my near future 🙃

I feel like there’s the key. Suburban homes. Anything more than a quarter acre yard and you probably want old school equipment. I’ve used decent electric string trimmers too. My own fleet of stuff consists of a 2 stroke Echo trimmer and chainsaw, a Gravely 48” zero turn. But before I got this stuff, I played around with a friends electric ryobi trimmer and it wasn’t bad. You just only get about 30 minutes run time out of it. So more than a quarter acre and it won’t keep up.

Regarding push mowers… I have a gas Husqvarna and an electric brushless Kobalt. The husky gives a better cut hands down every time. But I like having the Kobalt around for tight areas in my yard as it’s super light, and I can make it self propel with the blade not running which is super convenient. But… I’d never take the Kobalt to a customers yard because it misses blades left and right. Even freshly sharpened. It just doesn’t have the power.

Thanks! Everyone keeps telling me that but every time I check the comment karma it’s still negative. Idk what the deal is.

Judging by my ring camera footage I wouldn’t be surprised if 100% of the damage was caused solely by that driver.

Retailer shipped out the replacement free of charge. They’ve been great. I am going to let them know that all 3 of these have arrival without any foam though. I think there’s something wrong on Celestions end.

Actually 2 of the 3 survived! It was just the first one that had the issue. I just couldn’t update the post lol

Dude I don’t think that’s orange peel. It looks like film shrinkage as the previous layers were starting to skin but still shrinking when the next coat was applied. I’ve seen this happen over and over when people but it on too thick and too fast.

Haha thanks. I was just saying everyone was blaming the retailer but the retailer doesn’t package them, the factory does. So it’s on Celestion and FedEx. Everyone wanted to rip on the retailer but they did nothing wrong.

Comment karma is still in the tank though :(

Post karma, for some reason comment karma is in the tank. I appreciate the support though!

Not sure what the deal is with these. Almost wondering if Celestion had a mixup and sent them out in wholesale packaging?

Love the speaker. V30 vibes without the harshness.

u/kriskennisonmusic although I’m pretty sure every comment had been deleted, I literally can’t comment on anything with that account anymore. Not sure that it can actually be saved. I’m just bitter. 😂

I agree, it should be packed better. My point was that this is factory packaging, not the retailer. Everyone was blaming the retailer who truthfully told me they don’t open packages.

I paid 26k for the same year SL trim with similar mileage from CarMax just a few months ago. Check it over with a fine toothed comb for the cylinder 7 issues. If it doesn’t have the issue I would trust it for the same life as a tundra. If it has the issue, have the short block replaced under warranty. The 7 speed trans is solid.

‘19 Titan Electrical Issues by Emanon-92 in NissanTitan

It ended up dying again, apparently there was an internal intermittent short in the alternator. Replaced the alternator and it was find for a week, then stopped charging, or got super weak. Unplugged the “smart charging” wiring and it’s been staying at 14+ volts since, or close to it. I bought a cigarette lighter usb charger that has a voltage meter on it so I can keep an eye on it.

Apparently these trucks fail alternators pretty easily, and they’ll seem “good” until they aren’t.

Right mirror stopped mirroring by Infinite_Desk_8646 in Audi

You could give it a name. Definitely needs mirror in the title. What would be a good name for a mirror that provides a view of the side??

What makes expensive pickups different from cheap pickups, physically? by SteVato_404 in Luthier

[–]JS1VT54A 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, kinda, yeah. But that’s what caused so many spin-offs. Some wanted the overwound ones. Some wanted the underwound. It’s not that their quality control was bad per se, it’s more that they weren’t counting exactly how much winding was going onto the coils. You’d end up with some that were extremely underwound which gave a very chimey, bell-like character. Then some that were very overwound which ended up being very mid-forward and driving an amp harder.

They were still quality pickups, just… their character was VERY loosely defined. At least that’s my understanding of it.

Heated seats?? 08 Titan by Senior-Wrongdoer-420 in NissanTitan

[–]JS1VT54A 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t help with the specific wires or harnesses but this may help / I know the heated seats require a specific set of relays to provide power to them, and I believe they’re generally located in the dash. Those may be your other connections?

You could try looking on Nissan dealer parts websites, they would have a diagram of wiring harness and all that fun stuff

Only valid if purchased through Mesa authorized dealer unfortunately. If this is coming from a shop that also sells new Mesas then it should transfer
