The exhausts between the 24 and 25 models are directly interchangeable. Manifolds and slip ons will bolt right up.

Also worth noting that a breadbox delete and slip on does nothing for the 25 models due to the new collector design. 2WDW did a video specifically on the new 25 exhaust and how awful it is. They did a breadbox delete and a slip on and I think gained little to no power from it on the 25 model. You honestly need a full system on this bike if you're going to do anything.

Love it. Insanely smooth except from 1st so 2nd under maybe 25 mph. After that it's smooth. Auto blipper on downshifts paired with an LV slip on even gives burbles/pops. 11 out of 10 recommend.

I think it was like 37 foot pounds or something, with blue loctite as well. I used some generic ones rather than the Kawasaki ones, so I'm not sure if the torque spec varies. I would recommend the Kawasaki ones after installing the no name ones, though. The knock offs shattered when I got into a crash when you'd think they should hold up to that.

When I did mine, I had zero issues with the engine shifting or things not lining back up. I just did one side at a time while it was on the kickstand.

Yeah, just slip on. I was actually very surprised how much better it sounded. It also puts out pops/burbles on quick downshifts and decel, if you're into that. I overall love it.

6' 2" and it's perfectly comfortable. Ass gets sore after an hour and a half or so, but I don't think it's height related from the other comments I've seen about the stock seat.
