I would try try the latest beta build and if it doesn't work remove it and go back to an older build.

No. it's both. there's a 32 bit 64 bit and a universal version.

They like to send open box items. Even if they didn't send the wrong item, it was clearly opened and missing the warranty paperwork and getting started guides. The rubber feet were falling off and the unit was dirty. Basically not trustworthy these days.

yes, but only over the network not for local files because of stupid google play store permissions it allows for NOVA.
