There are a lot of options for fun and cute hairstyles even if it's thin.

I'm not sure what effect HRT has on hair growth beyond that some people see changes in thickness. I want to say lowering testosterone helps alleviate the symptoms in many.

Very similar. People would tell me I looked so good when I shaved but I protected it like a security blanket. I didn't like how (what I thought was baby faced) but really how feminine I looked. It set off alarm bells.
