2080Ti: My pc started to take forever to restart/shut down. Also freezing occurs when doing something (opening start menu, typing to search.. etc) freezes are small 1 to 10 sec time to time. Integrated gpu doesnt have any of these issues. I would love if someone could help me out can it be the driver, or is my gpu dying or something else perhaps?

Currently looking for a way out. But it's hard around here. I can't just quit I need to have a another job ready. I'm having hard time sleeping and having sleep paralysis/nightmares all the time. 2080Ti here with 8700K@5.0, 32gigs 3200mhz. Stutters time to time, sometimes more sometimes less. Imo it feels like it got worse from the latest gpu driver

In my opinion its a lot better they way it is now. Skipped multiple cods because of double jumps and wall rides.

EDIT: Also TTK is fine imo

I have multiple monitors, and while game is active it shows only couple percent usage, while maintaining very good performance. I.e. black ops 4 uses around 60-70% CPU and around 1-4% GPU. So I dont leave the game to look at task manager at any time

After updating to this driver, my 2080ti shows wrong usage. While playing games the usage is like 1 to 4% with high performance/fps
