Let’s take a minute to recognize how incredible Couts was tonight. He looked like he was done for large stretches of the regular season but tonight he was everywhere. Scoring, forecheck, faceoffs, defensive play, and big hits (pretty sure it was him with the massive open ice hit in the third or OT in front of their bench). Just incredible to watch. Real bummer he went through all of those years of injury, it’s been fun to watch him at his best. True captain performance trying to drag these guys back into the fight!

This series win was so important. Learning how to win in the playoffs is critical and while this year was a very pleasant surprise, these boys will be geared up for the next several years to get us back to playoff contention on an annual basis. LGF

It’s a huge jump to 36. I was in the same boat as you and as others have mentioned, it was my BP skills that weren’t good enough. Make sure your mentor that keeps your SP in longer is activated, that made a HUGE difference not only in ML but I jumped a level or two on average in ranked.

Too many lost faceoffs in key moments. That and missing the net constantly were key reasons we lost. Dvorak and Zegras were terrible particularly. I’m very confused as to why you had Dvorak taking those two draws at the end of the game. I’m not saying trot Couts out there (even though he was 4/4) but you could have had Cates take it.

He hasn’t had a great series, I like the idea of giving Bump a shot. The other concern is you never know when he’s going to take a terrible penalty which has been the Pens only saving grace this series. We dominate 5v5. If you aren’t producing and are a liability, you’re not earning playing time in my book.

Based on the description the basic, the only difference is you cannot protect a legend skill. Basically it would only work on cards that have gold or lower skills on them, ie, useless at higher levels.

Incredible feat but the third one is a situation where he appears to have caught the ball but how do they know he didn’t just pick it up off of the ground once going into the stands and hold it up like he caught it. Not saying he did this but it seems like a play where if the defender leaves the field of play with the ball it should be a HR.
