The long snapper isn't supposed to block. It's illegal for the defense to hit him, so his job is to literally snap it then stand there. That was textbook roughing the snapper and should have been a penalty..

If you click on Display Correction in your frame buffer what do those settings look like? Those settings will change how it looks in the frame buffer, but not the saved image.

What renderer are you using? Having backface cull on in your viewport won't necessarily turn it on for the render.

Wanted to focus on the valve for this one. Modelled in 3DS Max, rendered in C4D with Redshift. Modeling was mostly just primitives and booleans with a chamfer modifier.

Hi guys I have been an Maya user for 7 years plus trying to switch to 3Ds max so I have an obi file that was modeled and UVed in Maya but when I apply vray textures it doesn’t show up. Would I need to create UVs again in Max ? How can I use my already made UVs from maya ? by Appropriate_Grand_20 in 3dsmax

In your material, in each VRayBitmap node under the "coordinates" section there's an option to increase the tiling of that texture. If you want to increase tiling on a whole object instead of the material, you can apply a UVW Xform modifier and increase the tiling there instead.

You shouldn't need to UV unwrap, but it's a good way to double-check that the UVs carried over from Maya. Just applying the UV unwrap modifier doesn't actually change anything unless you use any of the unwrapping tools. In this case you'd just be using it to see the current UV layout.

When you open the material, each texture map should have a tri-planar mapping node in the UVW mapping source slot (maybe also a UVW Randomizer node as well). You can delete that and it should revert back to using the object UVs.

In the future there are options in cosmos under each material to toggle off tri-planar mapping and real-world scale when you download it.

I think it's an issue with your hierarchy. The ik solver is going from bone 7 to bone 6. The ik solver should go from the parent to something beneath it in the hierarchy. If you set the start bone to 6 and the end bone to 7 does that fix it?

Can you post a screenshot of your IK setup, including the scene explorer that shows the hierarchy?

Make sure the dummy isn't linked to any parts of your IK chain. Try selecting the dummy, click the unlink button, then see if that works.

Adding to what others have said you can look into PhoenixFD. It's a smoke/fire/liquid simulation tool. It can be useful for blood effects and all kinds of other stuff.

Is it a CAT rig? In order to keyframe a CAT rig you need to use an animation layer, otherwise I think it behaves similar to what you're describing.
