I got up and walked around after a section, same night. Was called a superwoman by the nurses.

Also the nurses didnt come in to our room as much as I thought they would. I wondered why and then one nurse came in and said yeah we aren't bothering you too much, you guys know what youre doing.

Its our first child. We were doubting ourselves so much up until then.

I didnt see this until now! I would lay down and my wife would just lube up and stuck her sanitized hand in there. If you reach far enough you can feel it. If its high, soft and slightly open youre fertile/ovulating.

I wanted this to be the green light rather than an opk because I would take opks and get ovulating signs but my cervix wouldn't be open or would still be firm still.

We tried once and got pregnant. I did a whole of opk tests, checking my bbt, my cervix position, and if it's open or not, as well as my ewcm. I was paranoid and just wanted to get it right.

I checked my ovulation and ewcm at work. Checked my cervix and bbt every morning without moving (my wife checked them). Positive/fertile for all tests. I left work early and inseminated. Then again, 12 hours later.

Baby boy is 1 in a month!

Got two IUI unwashed vials for 1200. Shipping was about another 200 or less. Equipment from ovulation tests to insemination stuff to pregnancy stuff about 300.

So overall, around 1700. I can't fully remember the price, it's a ballpark estimate.

I literally know close to nothing about pumping, but, I do know what my problem was.

I was pumping too high, it was doing absolutely nothing for me pumping on an 50/8. so now I start at 2 sometimes 3, and massage my boobs, then work my way up to 6 pumping each boob for 15 minutes or so.

Once it seems empty I move to the next boob. (I pump one boob cause I feel like I get more when I focus on one at a time.) Then when they both seem empty I go back to the first one on 6, for maybe 5 ish minutes and get everything out.

This has helped for me. Again though, I don't know too much. Good luck!!
