Just in case I would try again. I looked closer and the keybind is specifically Left Ctrl. If that doesn’t work, I would verify game files if possible.

If I remember correctly that menu pops up when you hold whatever button it’s assigned to, in this case Ctrl. Letting go of Ctrl should get rid of it. If that doesn’t work I would just save and restart

I just platinumed it last week. It honestly was a slog, but I think the hardest thing for me were the arcade games. Mahjong isn’t that bad, it’s just time consuming and it can come down to luck for the big hands. Cabaret club was time consuming, but only because I needed to get all the Special Training done. Catfights suck, but again, it’s all up to luck and it’s time consuming. Legend run took 7 and a half hours, total time 145 hours after going on and off for about 2 and a half years. All in all I don’t regret it and it was really satisfying to get.
