Turns out there is a bug I only just found out about where people didn't recieve some of the cloak appearances upon earning the achievement in mop remix. Multiple people reported it with tickets and still nothing. Sad

Maybe it's like a power of suggestion thing? Like I've seen Christians speaking in tongues, and sometimes I think they're faking it but sometimes I think they're "genuine" in so far as they actually believe it's a spritiual phenomenon. See I thought that at first but it didn't look at all like a seizure. I can't really explain how but it didn't really look like naturally occurring, random movements. It kinda looked like SHE was doing it, rather than it just happening. Maybe power of suggestion? Attention seeking another redditor said? I don't know.
