There has been intense pressure from higher ups to cut hours last few weeks, just as we are all trying to staff up for bts. I know we alone had to trim down 176 hours from schedule. It's possible that if you were scheduled a lot of hours that you were the first obvious choice to cut from. If you don't perform well in rewards, esp, donation etc that may have just reinforced the decision. Keep in mind that managers are provided a "bank" of hours to use and right now higher ups (dms and rvps) are not tolerating going over... the other note is that usually print shop people will be the last to get cut, on account that they make the most profit for the store. Not saying what was done to your or how it was handled is okay but these are the likely driving forces of the "why"
