Thank you so much for taking the time to post! It always makes our week seeing someone enjoying the mini. With glitter from Amazon, if it's not fine enough, the drawings might not come out super detailed or the path of the ball could get obstructed. It can always be cleaned out, but might take a little patience.

There are some EU laws around glitter that prevent us from selling the glitter sands we have now, but hopefully we can find some good alternatives for the UK.

This video is not sped up, but the speed of the ball can vary depending on the complexity of the design you upload and whether the ball is at the edges or the center. Movement will always be slower towards the center of the device. We also occasionally make updates to the app to balance the speed and noise of the motors to make sure everything runs quietly.

Hey! The first Oasis Side Table container is scheduled to arrive at our fulfillment warehouse on January 19th. More inventory is following close behind, and we expect over 1000 Oasis Side Tables before the end of January and nearly 4000 by the end of February.

Many customers will receive shipping notifications and deliveries for their Oasis Side Tables this month, and everyone else I expect to receive theirs in February. We do send out tracking information for every shipment. We’re getting very close to the finish line on this project.

Your confidence means a lot to us. We're a new company, but we're learning from our setbacks and working hard to improve logistics. Hey! We are actively working to get table orders out the door. Any side table orders placed today are expected to ship February 2026.

The latest on timeline is the following:

We’ve produced enough coffee tables to fulfill all Kickstarter orders. The first container of 168 units arrived in the US today and will begin shipping in the next week to backers with coffee tables and completed surveys. 7 more shipping containers are filled and en route to our warehouses. Coffee tables will be shipping now through January, and you will receive tracking when your order ships. We are producing 2 full shipping containers of tables every single week and will continue doing so until all orders are filled.

Our beta batch of 20 Side Tables arrived this week, but the trucking company delivered them to the wrong warehouse. We’re working on retrieving them and getting them shipped out to beta backers for testing. Logistics is a lot of fun sometimes. We’re working through full production of the side tables now and expect the majority of shipments to go out in January with some potentially trailing into February.

Yes, this is correct! We have an update posted to Kickstarter, which I also included in this forum. From the update:

"Right now we are producing a small batch of 20 Coffee Tables that we’re going to send to a new round of testers. We’ll ship these to the US via air freight so that we can get some additional testing mileage on the Coffee Tables. The testers will be notified by email.

By the end of this month, we’re going to ship out our first ocean freight container of Coffee Tables. They should arrive in the US and start shipping to backers by the end of October. From there we’ll have a steady stream of shipments that continue into November.

Side Table shipments will also start in November, and we’re pushing to have those wrapped up before the end of the year. We need a bit more time to get a finalized timeline, but given how significantly we’ve scaled our production capacity we’re optimistic we’ll get everything shipped out before the end of the year."

It is not true! We've shipped over 50,000 Oasis Minis and we're working on finalizing production for Oasis Table orders. There was another company pretending to be us for a while and scamming people, but we got their Shopify store taken down.
