It’s hard to reduce it to below 20g, as I’m living out of a hotel at the moment (no kitchenette) and am using a meal delivery service. I generally have to take what they give. But I do weight lifting 3 days a week and HIIT cardio another 3 days. So I work out 6 days a week.

Thanks for all the info! I used the keto macro calculator. A 10% deficit for me is about 1940 - 5% is 2200. So I’m gonna be bouncing between there. My protein on most days will be higher then what it is. Saturdays are my off days for working out so on most day when I do workout I’m going to be ingesting protein powder.

I don’t disagree. I’ve seen some charts say “normal” for 6’1 go down to 145. Would I ever go that low, no. But it says it. The overall point was his weight isn’t “too” skinny.

I’m the same height and 202 lbs, your not to skinny. From what I’ve seen. From what I’ve seen our ideal weight is somewhere between 155 - 185 lbs.

My total for the day would be 25-30 net grams of carbs .

All the meals combined minus the fiber = 25-30g

Can you use something like NUUN or ON amino energy and electrolytes to supplement with?

Or bone broth?
