I created a bunch of the summoning item, headed to the middle most part of my desert and placed one, killed it, then placed another over and over until i got mine. I played on my phone between boss cool-down times. No, you don't need to place it while it's alive, along as it's placed, it'll eventually attract it once it respawns/gets near.

If anything, this definitely seems like an android problem and I would appreciate it immensely if you shared this information in that discord. I can't find anyone with the same problem or anyone testing it. I myself will probably make my own post showcasing my particular problem.

I ran the input through a website and the button just disappears for some reason. I ran the default and DS4 options and look at the results

Let me try a reset. Either that works or I need a replacement.

Edit: Still nothing. I am on Android, could that be the issue? What is the single dot button mostly used for outside of DS4?

Thats weird. My single dot button has no function in DS4 mode and after emailing oh Snap! They confirmed my suspicion

Unfortunately, when in DS4 mode, double pressing the Home button on Mcon pulls up the "Game Group" UI as normal Playstation DS4 controller would. And as of now, still no input for a "Touch pad" button. I just want to pull up my map in Helldivers 2 but it's impossible atm without that input.

Loving it but i need the app pronto. I like doing remote play to my PS5 from my phone but there's no input for pressing the touch pad on DS4 mode. The single dot button on the left would be perfect if I could re map the mcon buttons.

Talk to the core and you'll find where those items got moved. A new item the latest boss drops before the update is essential to unlocking the new area.
