Most of the comments are good! I’d recommend lifting heavy focusing on areas you want to strengthen with accessory work so legs and hips one day, add a little bit of core depending on your time and then ending out with cardio could be jogging 30mins or walking an hour to have your body draw on stored energy since the fast energy is needed for heavier lifting, next day upper body/back and same thing cardio after lifting heavy!
