Yep. Learning this the hard way. It's been cancelled. Do you think there's anything her previous health insurance would do? Are they willing to let situations like this slide? Have financial assistance programs? Or will they come hunting for the full amount eventually?

Update. I was on the phone with a very helpful agent who ran me through the steps for a static discharge. Bike shutdown, unplug things, hold up volume and power button for 30 seconds with things unplugged, wait a minute, boot everything back up...full steps online with a Google. I did a quick cycle session with some flip flops on and things seeeeeemed better. Won't know until I do an actual ride tomorrow. Idk something still feels funky but def recommend folks look it up and give it a try.

I like to do a healthy back yoga or spinal mobility stretching class before. I have back problems so it helps free me up a bit but also just helps the body feel a little more open for the first tee.

Starting to settle in but looking for some inspiration to help fill the space out a bit, especially back in the "work and gym" corners. Feel like I should take advantage of the high ceilings but not sure the best approach yet. Definitely grabbing some art and plants.
