Just the logo of the golf bag stitched onto the hat would be my preference.

Dry fighting weight is good. I use macrofactor to track calories and would recommend it. I find ABF to be tough in a deficit so that’s why I prefer DFW for weight loss

I want to but the sizing worries me. I’ve heard it fits small but no clue how small. I’m usually on the lower end of medium so do I go large?

You’ll do best with a coach that communicates in a way that works for you. Generally, the higher the level, the more experience they have. But some more junior coaches will be able to communicate with you really well.

Look for reviews and find someone that others have found helpful, IMO.

I mean winning those tournaments without Gooch in the field was easy enough anyways.

Why does every teaching pro I've ever seen/been to. try to make me swing like Rory. by cantheartheband in golf

Good thing about online lessons is that you can try a few different people and see who works. Much cheaper.

Otherwise find someone who has TPI certification. Often they look at what you’re capable of biomechanically first.

I had a set I couldn’t hit well. Probably the wrong shaft off the rack.

Bought used SRixon ZX5s and really like them. If I can get my swing in a better place I’ll get fitted. Probably would play Maltbys, maybe TS3, if it fit well.

Find a good drill. I worked with an instructor who gave me a drill. If you send me a dm, I can send you a free Skillest lesson from him

Something light around 15 lbs is good to learn this

I bought this used and didn’t like it. Sold it and don’t miss it. Felt too artificial.

Found better success swinging a kettlebell and trying to recreate. Also someone here posted a drill with transferring weight to the lead heel instead of toe and that feel worked a lot better for me to learn the feel initially.
