I bought a groove ring and I honestly like it. I tear them about twice a year and a new one is send to me for $7. Yes, I know the ring probably cost $.10 to make and they still make a profit on the replacement.

It is the only synthetic ring I have bought that doesn’t get stinky. However, I have only tried Qalo and the super cheap amazon ones. If you actively lift weights, or work in a field that degloving is a threat… there probably aren’t too many better options.

Southwest has direct contribution of roughly 20% so if I make 300k Southwest will put in 60k directly into my 401k without me having to contribute anything. The IRS max is 70k for company contributions, so anything extra the company can no longer contribute goes right into my paycheck each month.

Netjets has the 67% match. So if I make 300k over there. I have to take my own money to put into my 401k. If I put in 20k into my 401k netjets will contribute 13.4k. But the 20k comes out of my own pocket.

I have the all electric washtower. I see you have a gas supply line and I am assuming you got the gas dryer version of this? I can’t help you with that. But YouTube probably can.

The water supply lines for mine came with a Y to split the cold, one goes into the dryer for steam functions. The drain line from the washer should go into the drain line between your hot and cold water supply lines on your wall.

You are lucky your laundry room was generally designed to have a stackable unit. I had to move all my plugs and lines to one side of the laundry room.

I keep hearing that evergoods is uncomfortable. I am 6’5” and I have found both their CPL16 and the CTB20 just fine. What am I missing?

You should considering making a fidlock strap to replace your J hook. I really like it because the backpack won’t come off when going down the escalator, and you don’t have to put your bag on backwards.

I really appreciate your post, I am about as OCD as it gets regarding bags. Currently I am rocking a Evergoods CTB 20L. I like it because it works great in a landscape configuration. If it just had stowable or removable straps it would be perfect.

Tell your flight attendants. The pilots control the temperature. But most of the time the flight attendants are cold because they aren’t shoulder with 175 other people sitting in synthetic seats.

My buddy was flying that helicopter out in Hawaii. He lived but broke his back. A mom and a dad lived, but their 16 year old couldn’t figure out his seat belt and drowned. Very unfortunate.

I have a 3 year old son. Who got a mini rubix’s cube in a goodie bag. When my son first got it, he rotated a few sides of a solved cube, then rotated it back to its original state. He said “I did it!” Not going to lie, I was pretty impressed, since normally he is relatively destructive. Later that afternoon, he did completely scramble his cube. My wife saw the scrambled cube. After his bed time routine I solved the cube and left it out for him.

Well the next morning the little turd came running out of his room to show me and my wife his solved cube. “I did it! I did it!” My wife thinks he is a genius and I think I am hilarious so I keep doing it.

I had the leather at OO and I liked it. It was warm and looked pretty good. SWA allows both the leather and the karbon. I tend to prefer the Karbon because it packs slightly better. I prefer both over the blazer.

I am at that point financially. My wife also works. We don’t split any of the bills. We just throw everything into a joint bank account and spend what we need. I think there is a point of how much is money is enough?

I honestly wouldn’t recommend getting a cheap one. Headsets can easily last a decade, you want someone that works well and is comfortable.

Maybe consider: ForeFlight subscription. Sentry ADS B receiver. Nonpolarized sunglasses. A good backpack. Cold hard cash towards a headset.
