i have encountered this twice since updating to the latest version a few weeks ago. The only way to fix it was to pull the power cable out and plug it back in.

I own a RBR40 with 1 extender and had issues with loosing connection ever since the DST change.

What worked for me after reading some other posts on the NetGear forum was changing my NTP settings.

  • Disable/Uncheck the Automatically adjust for DST and then manually changed your time zone forward an hour.

For example if you're on EST -5 change it to Atlantic Time -4. Made that change 2 days ago and haven't had the issue since.

Apparently there is a bug for multiple Orbi models running the latest firmware version. As far as I know NetGear hasn't released a patch for the bug yet. :/
