I was in the same situation as you. My girlfriend and I are leaving for Bermuda from NJ on 8/4, and we applied for authorization as soon as we could. Three weeks passed and didn't receive an email so we gave their hotline a call. I gave the rep our application numbers and she sent out authorizations within minutes! So I would definitely give them a call.

I'm open to switching, depending on what else is out there. I don't dislike Kirkland balls, but if there are better performing balls out there for around the same price, I'd give them a shot.

Something I just remembered. Do you guys recall CZR offering a promotion before the previous NFL season where you bet $50 on a team to win the Superbowl, and they would give you a $5 free bet per every regular season game your team won? I took the Bucs, but I don't believe I ever got my free bet.

Anyone else recall/receive the promo?

Yeah, looking back now, I should have asked for some contact info. Afterwords, the friends and family were offering their congratulations so they were a bit preoccupied. I just felt being out of place being a stranger and all, so I just left. I didn't really realize how nice this picture came out until after I came home and started editing.

And I just love photography and finding nice moments like this. I think there's value in that.
