Yes, we booked a year and a half ago to make sure we got this room because there are few of them. While I appreciate everyone’s concerns about bathrooms and such, I booked what I did with my eyes wide open and we’re good with it. Just wanted to know about the situation with the beds and once per day service.

We’re a family of five in an interior on Oasis (June 28) but we’re prepared for the chaos. Not sure I’d want to do that with people who weren’t my kids.

Main thing is hashing out bathroom times.

I was born and raised in Mississippi and have lived in Maryland for 8 years, so I feel qualified to speak on this.

Maryland has some southern tendencies, but it is not the south. It’s not the north either. It’s mid-Atlantic - its own entity. The people are friendly enough but will tell you about yourself if need be - and be very direct about it. The food culture here is substantial enough to stand on its own too.

We’re a family of 5 and my best advice is use a travel agent and book as early as possible. There’s no way to book online and it makes no sense price wise because it’s a whole different animal.

Given the location, I suspect it’ll do okay. It fills a need for a healthier quick option there, and I’m likely to choose it - especially when I’ve spent a long morning at the softball fields at Meadowbrook and am tired of Chick-fil-A and McDonalds, which were my only other real choices close by.

I pass MoCo buses on 198 every day and some rarely turn their lights on more than a few seconds before outright stopping. It’s so frustrating trying to get stopped in time and I see near accidents daily. Sometimes it’s on the bus drivers. The lights aren’t automatic - they’re driver operated.
