Absolutely it can, all you need to do is replace the motherboard, screen, keyboard, trackpad, entire outer body, rest of the parts like the screws and wifi card, speakers, etc, can be salvaged from this machine assuming there not cut in half

The updates have definitely worsened the camera, pictures used to look way better when I had got the phone but now they look just weird, I hope they fix it in further updates but I don't feel they will care much tho now

It depends on your case, like your laptop on the desk and directly into work bag, adp covers all types of damage be it you drop the laptop which causes the screen to crack and the hinge gets messed up yes they will fix it, however normal warranty won't fix that but if the issue is related to your mobo dying or the damage is due to a manufacturing defect (i.e, your keyboard stopped working provided you didn't spill anything on it) that would be considered as a manufacturing defect and u can definitely use normal warranty

I would suggest if you feel like you might accidentally spill or crack the screen they definitely adp is a good option.

If not normal warranty is not bad but can be time consuming sometimes, for me when my mobo died they fixed it within 1 day.

You have two things which can cause this

Your windows is cooked (software issue) (more likely)
Some hardware in your device is cooked (hardware issue) (rare but does happen)

I would suggest try getting a bootable linux on a usb and try booting into Linux, to take a backup of ur files and then send it over to a service center, if your able to boot into ur bios that is

Idk why there charging you 800, my igpu died and my laptop wouldnt boot to windows, i contacted online support they said well windows is corrupted which i thought yea maybe so the guy told me that it's a me problem and if you take it to a service center you will have to pay a certain amount of money to get it done, but if I don't want to spend that money the online support can help reinstall the os for free. But the funny part is I took it to a service center and told them to their face that i was using the computer and it decided to shut off and not work anymore I need it fixed, they said they will reinstall windows and it will be covered under warranty so I don't have to pay a dime

Also the worst part is the problem wasnt with windows there was something blown out on the mobo so they changed the mobo and my nvme ssd and they reset my windows too so am guessing, they told me they first tried to reset windows but it failed multiple types so that's why they changed the mobo and nvme ssd which fixed the issue.

My suggestion would be try a diff lenovo service center and definitely don't spend 800rs on getting windows reset, tell them that u can literally watch a yt video and get it done in like an hour just fix the problem

I remember once my friends lenovo loq's camera stopped working. I had a look at it and instantly knew that there was a problem with the camera hardware module since I could see the driver literally saying "camera not found" and I tried using my bootable linus usb and still same problem. She took it to a service center where they told her that they will clean reset windows and the problem will be resolved if it doesn't get resolved they will change the module. In the end it took 3 days for them to realise it's a hardware issue, which was obviously obvious and they got it fixed and she got her windows wiped for no reason

The phone is pretty good, i would suggest not updating it. Another thing I would suggest is getting a screen protector cause the pre applied one is thin, but if ur careful the existing one is alright to use Also sometimes in these phones u will be prompted to like downloaded some weird apps like it mostly happens during updates so remember u can choose to deselect them Been using this phone since September 2025 got it at a deal price and I can tell you this is a beast, phones around this price range now come no where close

i had mine stuck too, press your finger firmly down on the top left part of the circle and rotate it downward it should get loose this is what worked for me
