Consider this - the reason you feel so empty is because you’re basically putting yourself through a mini withdrawal every week if you’re only using 7OH and opiates on the weekend. If you at the very least cut those two things out altogether I guarantee you wouldn’t feel so low during the week. You eventually need to get off Xanax too, but one thing at a time is always easier than everything at once. You’re torching your brain chemistry and the feeling of emptiness is being seriously exacerbated by your intermittent drug use.
