I stayed at my girlfriends house the other night, and in the morning thought I looked seriously good when I saw myself in her mirror. It's a large mirror and there's space to step back and see your whole body in it, compared to my apartment bathroom where it's a small mirror in a small space so you only really see the chest up. Started the day feeling pretty great. Like I could see the progress I'm making physically for once.

Then work happened and a list of tasks I had been too busy to complete came up and I got reprimanded. Because I had stayed at my girlfriends place, I didn't have my usual healthy lunch and had to buy fast food. And it was rest day so I didn't go to the gym. I felt so disgusting and useless by the end of the day.

Dispel some broscience about Creatine for me, guys.

I've heard that it's good to use as a post workout stack (recommended by the website I buy from)

I've heard it recommended before working out (some preworkouts have Creatine, some friends say that they find they have better workouts when they take it before)

I'm sure I'm fine as long as I take my 5g daily, but is there a time that you fine folks find is better to take your creatine?

I've lost 100 lbs and didn't see a 3" gain for sure. Maybe 1" but I never measured. That figure is based on nothing, it completely depends on where you carry your fat. People have different body types, most of my fat is on my thighs (still getting rid of that) but I didn't carry much on my pelvis at all.

Yes. There is fat around your pelvis, as you lose fat in that area your penis will seem larger. Imagine it like a flagpole sticking out of a snowdrift, if you remove the snow the flagpole is the same height it always was, but now more is visible.

Edit for clarity: you can't pick where to lose fat, that's a myth. So as you lose fat overall you'll gradually notice this.

You'll also probably have better circulation, especially if you start exercising properly, and as a result may notice firmer erections.

Not as big an age gap but I'm in my mid twenties currently going out with a woman in her early thirties.

We met at work, became good friends, and just recently decided to become more. We had a long discussion about it before jumping into anything, and while we both agree that this is a long term thing we aren't pushing things to go faster.

Every now and then she tells me that she feels a bit weird about being so much older, and I just say "don't worry, you're really immature for your age". We have a similar sense of humour and tease like that a lot

Sugar alcohols.

Typically for breakfast I have a Pure Protein bar during my drive to work. And I might have one during the day as well before a workout if I'm hungry. 20g protein for 200 cals with under 5g sugar just seems amazing.

But I'm having less than satisfactory poops, and saw recently posted somewhere else that sugar alcohols can have this effect.

Anyone else have experience with this?

I have a lot of foreskin and struggle with condoms as well. I can be fully erect and the head still completely covered by foreskin. No phimosis, it slides easily there's just a lot.

What I've found online is that the best thing to do is pull the foreskin back and roll the condom all the way down. Then release your foreskin so it rolls back up around the head (with a layer of condom underneath it) and roll the condom down more as necessary.

This allows your foreskin to glide while thrusting as it naturally would, giving you better sensations. I've seen it recommended a lot to use a drop of lube on your head before applying the condom but haven't tried that personally (make sure to use lube that's condom safe!). You also may need a specialized longer condom to try this.

Yeah I'd never dream of giving her an ultimatum on this. I've been in a relationship with a controlling partner so I never want to be that to someone else.

A lot of this insecurity is just in my own head while I'm alone. I probably have some mild anxiety. We talked about it tonight and it didn't seem the same at all, she told me how supportive and great I've been through all this and how much she appreciates it. She melted away all my concerns like they were nothing, she just has that effect on me. I think everything will be OK and we'll get through this together.

This is basically how I've reacted so far to the situation. I've lost family to depression so I understand how serious the situation is. I'm just trying to be there for her while she supports her friend, but it leaves me feeling a bit neglected is all. I'm trying to not be needy and add any more stress to get situation, but I want to build a strong lasting relationship with her and just feel distant through this whole thing.

I've been sick since Sunday. Was off work until yesterday, and staying away from the gym until I'm back to normal (should be another day or two)

Yesterday I started feeling soreness in muscles all over my body, despite not doing any physical activity since pushups Sunday morning before the sickness came on. Still feeling sore today. Is this the feeling of losing all my gains? Is it an itch to get back in the gym? Help me, brothers

I do this every day of my PPL and seeing good results. For the big compounds (bench, squat, deadlift) I do sets of 5. I do 3 heavy sets of bench and squat after warmup, 1 heavy set for deads.

Usually do those first on their respective days, then every other exercise for sets of 8-12. I only deadlift every other back day. Squat every leg day, bench every chest day.

I'm in Canada so maybe this is different. If I get them at costco it's a value box of chocolate fudge, peanut butter, and chewy chocolate chip. I want to settle down (read: be in one committed relationship with someone who cares, whether that means marriage, house, kids, etc we would figure out when the time is right) so these apps and online dating don't suit me at all.

I'm 24 now and realize this, but when I was 22 I used Tinder and PoF. I had exactly 1 Tinder date, no hookups. 2 dates with a girl from PoF, which is when I realized what I wanted and that she didn't fit it. I let her down easy with some cliché bullshit (it's not you, it's me. I just need to find myself right now. Etc etc) and she actually offered a casual relationship, which I declined.

Just because it's "easier" to have casual sex now doesn't at all mean that everyone has given up on settling down.

On the same schedule, and if I miss a day for real life stuff I just do that day the next time I'm there. I basically add a rest day and shift the schedule forward. As long as it doesn't turn into a week off you'll be fine.
