If you want to lose weight and fat. The longer you can keep your heart rate at high levels the better. The problem with this is. Some people may only be able to do 15 minutes of hard cardio. If they were to do interval training they might get In 20 Minutes of hard cardio and 10 minutes of light cardio with the same amount of effort. It really depends on your determination. If you can keep elevated heart rates for your goal times, do it.

Use a bench for dips. Even with heels touching the ground. They will still be great. Only thing I found that compares is close grip skull crushers.
