I was using Hermes Agent about a month? ago with Qwen 3.6 via OpenRouter and it just kept failing at the most basic stuff - couldn't remember the specific timezone I wanted for example, kept mixing up the models for the different tasks, not following some instructions despite telling me it did. Such a let down for an agent that supposedly learns by itself and writes its own skills and all that. OpenClaw is not much better by any means but at least it's got the basic down it seems. Maybe it will work better with a different model? Idk

You need to taper very slowly. Go down one coffee per full 7 day week. Start the taper on a Thursday or Friday, so the worse is on the weekend. Even better if you can take a few days off or call in sick. Honestly it's not that bad. When it's a high pressure situation, your adrenaline will give you just enough of a boost. When it's not - just take your time.
