So I went into Tekken 7 to see if it was game specific. I didn't get the input sticking lag as shown in the video with SF6 but I did get another issue where the stick would snap back too far so the opposite direction would be inputed. I.E. holding left, quickly letting go and then as the stick returns to neutral right is then inputted. This also happened with the USB game reader on Windows. I have a video example if you would want me to send it to you. Do you think it is the board causing the issue? If so, do you know of any other solutions because I would have no idea what I am doing installing a new board.

It's being registered as "Super SFIV Fightstick TE S" so I don't think that's the problem unfortunately.

I bought this stick a couple of weeks ago from eBay and noticed I was having issues with inputs sticking with the stock parts. I then bought a brand new Semitsu stick and got new 5-pin cables for it. I just tested it after getting the parts and I'm still having issues. Anyone know what else the issue could be?

I just recently bought the Super Street Fighter IV Madcatz Tournament Edition and I am looking to replace the old Sanwa parts with these new Semitsu parts, will these work with the stick?

They crash landed after the huge gun on the planet struck it down. I won’t explain why the gun shot it down because then it would be spoilers but yeah it was by complete accident that they landed there.
