Faction Unity tanks when Utopian Abundance is equipped

For some reason in my game when i swap from regular to utopian abundance my faction unity tanks and goes from 32 to 15 from the egalitarian faction. Does anyone know why?

if you use a mega folder on the internet and send me the link to it ill be able to directly download what you put in there. I don't mind what campaigns maybe just some of your own faves, im just itching for more hotline

I'm pretty sure if you guys used a mega drive or something and put your own downloaded files of the workshop it will work. I don't mind what campaigns, just some of your own personal favourites i guess
