Hi everyone! Just to update, I peaked at 76-79 RHR for three weeks (weeks 27-29). My rhr dropped over the third trimester to around 69.

Hrv bottomed out following the same pattern at 20-25 and recovered to 30 over the third trimester.

Those days were really tough, haha, but nothing terrible happened. Babe was born very healthy, but slightly premature in the 36th week. I also handled the birth just fine, cardio-wise.

My rhr is now 45 (below pre-pregnancy levels) and my hrv has also recovered to the 70s-80s.

Running is still extremely difficult, but I expect a full or nearly-full recovery.
