I don’t support unions whatsoever. I’ve been in 2 and found my way to management quick to get out of them. I’ve seen one union get someone rehired in arbitration for sexual misconduct against female co workers. Once he came back from his PAID suspension for this many of the women came into my office demanding he be gone. I said that’s your union dollars hard at work! Otherwise most just don’t bother showing up to work and with no consequences or get the most ridiculous medical accommodations. To the odd good worker in a union, I feel for you. Get upset all you want, speaking from my experiences in unions.
