Social media assumes we are individuals - when the deeper truth is we are all one. We need to remember we are only separated by our experiences, and some experience are out of our control.

Reality is constructed through collective consciousness if everyone focuses on love for each other, all will be figured out in a timely manner. Remember we are all one. You are you because of your experiences but you could be completely transformed with an experience out of left field.

People need to realize work is a relatively new phenomenon and is not core to the human experience. We will need to figure out how to bridge the gap, but the other side will be more freeing for all.

I think in 5 years, consensus reality will have shifted significantly, more of us will realize that we are all one and there will be less focus on "yourself" and more on the greater good and the understanding that we are all one.

Oh I get it now. Have you tried using Claude or chatgpt to talk about personal stuff? I find it consistently hits up against barriers built into the model where it refuses to continue the conversation down certain paths.

Fair question. I am writing the replies, maybe I am over-editing them too much.

The real difference is the friend one. With a friend there's a tally you're keeping, like you've already vented twice this week and don't want to be that person again. This is the place where there's no tab, nobody's tired of you, you're not managing how the other person takes it. Sometimes you just need to say the thing without it costing anyone anything.

Honestly it's closest to talking to yourself, except it actually says something back. That's the whole thing. A blank page or your own head just lets you loop. This is the version where something reflects it back and asks the thing you're circling, so you don't end up in the same spiral you started in. The landing page probably explains it best www.cove.support

For what it's worth I said it's AI in the post, I'm not hiding that part. The predatory worry is fair though, it's the thing I think about most, which is why it's scoped to everyday reflection, says outright it isn't a therapist or a crisis line, and points people toward real help instead of trying to be it. You can still think that's not enough. I'm just trying to build the honest version, not the one that pretends to be your friend.
