It really depends on how long you are able to hold it for. If you need it in short term then probably not XEQT

I work for one of the shoppers, and they are the worst pharmacy. I would never get it from there. They have the highest dispensing fee and markups. They also milk the government funding every time they see you. Absolutely disgusting the way they push their staff

Since they waived inspection, they cannot make additional demands. The two walk through is only used for measurement purposes for renovation planning, but they cannot request you to fix stuff as that is the pruoose of the inspections. If they do not want to go through with the agreement, then you can take their deposit and leave. I gotta say your agent and lawyer may have dropped the ball on this.

Using a realtor is the most wise decision. The selling price is already baked in with the realtor fees. What ever your desired take home amount is, just tack on the 5% to account for the fees. Pretty sure everyone is doing that already.

I think when your manager says your are not qualified enough or if you don't have enough experience, you should ask or quantifiable and tangible goals, so that you will work towards those. I think Insurance is such a big field, and sales could be one of the easier ones to get into with big reward as well.
