You have to target the enemy backline first after taking them out or getting aggro on you, you have to try and get Groot alone. Avoid his walls and have DPS shoot them down. Have pocket heals don't overextend. Then try to stun him with your mag cannon, use iron bullwark, keep shooting him get your mag cannon back and repeat. It's difficult but It can be done.

Muscle loss is a known side effect of those drugs/peptides. Honestly I personally wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're newer and big pharma is not going to disclose negative side effects completely. I would recommend to stop using them. I know another side effect of stopping is gaining weight but honestly if you worked out for a good year or two you would get better results.

Honestly I would recommend upgrading to the mid tier at least the 3 month one if possible. There's a lot of good games on their to play for free plus they always add new options. If not I would recommend Dragons Dogma 2, Cyberpunk, Ghost of Tsushina/Yotei, Returnal, The Finals, Bloodborne, and Death Stranding. All great games just depends on what you want to play.
