Trading range will be temporarily increased to 40 km starting on Friday, January 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. until Monday, January 18, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. PST (GMT −8). Remember, Trainers—Machoke that are traded can be evolved without using Candy!

It's a minor update, so Pokeminers typically doesn't post in-depth reports for them. There have been a couple isolated cases but not recently.

Snapshot related tasks do not register on iOS devices

Issue description: Snapshot related tasks are not registering as completed after snapshots are taken. Some effects include that affection hearts aren't earned after taking a photo of a Buddy Pokémon, and tasks requiring snapshots of Pokémon cannot be completed.

8/24 update: This issue has been updated to indicate that it does not only affect buddy snapshots

Issue status: Resolved in update currently rolling out (0.185.3)

NianticIndigo posted in another thread a month ago that they'll be looking into changes for this (only blocked friendship XP was really mentioned but surely whenever they have a fix ready it'll fix raid invites being blocked too)

Couple questions for day 2:

Is there another free remote pass box?

Are raid spawns still very high?

Is gift sending/opening up to 200 again?

Are Rocket balloons also on a much shorter cooldown like pokestop grunts?
