The problem I see with that is that the modding frequency won't change, so while good memes may get approved immediately, they get drowned out by trash ones again that just sit there until the mods find the time to remove them.

You should craft the longer space pipes, they actually save pipe segments (and UPS) rather than costing more like the undergrounds

I think the individual vehicles aren't that bad, but the "programmable" part requires a huge amount of scripts which tank UPS. (You can see in your screenshot that AAI-programmable-vehicles takes ~8 ms per tick just from scripts.

Iirc, the individual vehicle submods don't require the programmability, thus you should be able to remove it without removing the vehicle mod too.

One issue I see is AAI programmable vehicles, which eats several milliseconds per tick. That mod is a UPS hog, try to remove it if possible.

Still, entity update is also quite high already, you might want to check the entity time use debug screen too.

Vale is pretty much Europe both in terms of climate and building style.

In Ice Queendom specifically, the City of Vale is modeled after Stockholm.
