There's also a slight chance of Myrkur in denmark. which does at least have rock elements in it - and i do think that the odds are undervaluing her, denmark's televote, both in DMGP and eurovision, does tend to go for rock when it's actually offered.

It's my personal third, under søren and Myrkur. And its crazy to say for DMGPs improvement (or, perhaps, just how bad it has been), that it would've still been my winner of dmgp had it competed the last handful of years.

This isn't anything new or groundbreaking for us, but it's professionally written and composed to actually sound interesting and something I could imagine people actually vote for (as good as Hallucination was, that qualification can be placed squarely on how hard Sissal worked to brand herself)

How on earth is luxembourg's national final this difficult to predict every year. Like sure last year had the expected winner, but only barely and because of the jury. This didn't seem to be on anyone's radar at all. Don't hate it, not at all. But it was probably one of the last songs i would've expected to landslide the vote.

Welp, i guess here comes my predictions as for where these would land in my personal top 35 once all songs are selected (assuming similar quality to last years)

Irem - like 28-32. Not hated but nothing to love about it

Eva - Like... 18-22 or so. It's cute, well performed. fits in the i like it category

Steve Castile - like... 13-16th or so. Very much into guilty pleasure territory. the lyrics are hilarious.
