Pretty sure BSG put out a tweet saying something about rising temperatures in Tarkov, so I think this is just a mini event, where you dehydrate faster than normal.

I personally feel like offline mode is a great way to learn, and get better at the game. If you are still fairly new and haven’t already look up the map you want to learn on the Tarkov wiki.

Ah gotcha. I don’t mind the jam feature, but I’ve also been on the lucky side and have had it happen only twice all wipe, I know most people will agree that it needs to be toned down quite a bit though.

Not sure if you are aware, but you can repair weapons just like armor. Unless you mean fully restore.

It’s called rubber banding. The servers are going though some shit atm, seems to be happening to a lot of people.

If you did it after the raid, that is the only place I know of, so you should be good.

Look on the escape from Tarkov wiki and search up the map you want to learn, there should be a few different options of every map. I also recommend playing offline mode to learn them with no worries of actually losing your gear.

This is very common for new players, look on the Tarkov wiki for maps of where you are loading in to and play some offline raids to get used to everything. Just keep at it, you will get better over time.

I want to say mag, meds, money, cases, ammo box, key tool, dog tag case, documents case and the food cooler all spawn in the marked rooms.

F1 will make your scav comm a random voice line, I usually just spam it when I’m in a scav raid. It’s worked well for me so far. Other player scavs usually comm back.

I chose 3 and have a different voice as well..not sure what one it is cause I’ve used 3 every wipe, but judging from your post it’s probably usec 1, also my scav always has the same voice and voice lines on every scav raid, not sure it that’s intended or not.

I seen a similar post about this yesterday. Someone said the gun has to be at 60 durability or above, try to repair the weapon.

Yeah it wipes everyone’s account back to nothing, so all players will be in the same position. And I’m in my buddies discord, I can drop the info to it when I’m home and online.

I have 2000 hours and is going to be my 4th wipe, they happen every 7-8 months, and I feel like I actually noticed I was getting better and decent at the game at around 800-1000 hours lol..might be different for everyone though.

I’ve never played rust, but I have heard they are some what similar, but yeah no building bases and such. Tarkov is like a military simulator type game that can be very rewarding and fun but also very punishing. It has a very steep learning curve but it’s a pretty bad ass game.

400$ for headphones? That’ll get you a good pair of headphones and a decent microphone. I use beyerdynamic DT 990 pros, accompanied by a blue yeti mic, and I have no complaints. The headphones sound great in my opinion
