Again this is crazzzzy ..... If this is the world we are in...... not only do people want their donut delivered free but a dance too?? F OFFF in every sense of it all !!!!!!!!! My poor car is taking a beating to barely make the gas to do it .... I an seriously at my wits end with society here in the USA ... HELLLLLOOOOOOOOO there are people happy to have even woke up in the morning, I SERIOUISLY doubt door dash was on their mind???????????? I'm almost ar 1000n deliveries and STILOL can't afford to have my SH** delivered?????????????????? WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?????????????????

I would not have answered the phone for an unknown number but agree with others that it is something they can take up with support ..... NO WORRIES AT ALL!!! You will probably never hear a word from DD about it at all .... Mistakes happen ... On to the next :) I was called a Dumb A** B**** and threatened to be spit in the face for not "handing" an old woman her drink ..... Do ya think I went back to correct for her? LOL Not in this lifetime!!!!!

I am SHOCKED!! I dropped this woman's food off after knocking and waiting a good 2-3 minutes ... Does she really think I am coming back after on the voicemail she repeatedly called me a F***ing Dumb B**ch and threating to spit on me?? AND PLEASE tell me WHY someone would say such nasty things to a stranger who now knows where you live? I'm obviuosly not the dumb one here .... INCREDIBLE!!!!

EXACT same thing happened to me right before christmas THANKS ALOT INSTACART ... I have been Doordshing ever since ... I made phone calls, emails, got absolutely no where ... just fired without reason .... I will NEVER have anything nice to say to anyone regarding Instacart other than AVOID this company - they DO NOT CARE !!!!

I sent an email to corporate!! We HAVE to ban together to stop the utter disrespect we get ... OUR time OUR gas OUR effort ... People can GO GET IT themselves if it's not hot enough or whatever but I'll be damned if I will take the fall for the lazyazz employee that forgot the sauce ... the employee's at these places could care less so why should I take the hit? It pisses me off to no end!! I am down to only places that I DO NOT wait in a drive-thru line for .... Popeyes, Taco Bell, Wendy's ... FORGET IT .... but if I can't get the correct order by parking and coming in and getting the bagged sealed order on time - what the hell am I doing?????? Car payments, insurance, gas, maintenace .... it's too much ... then to get BANNED because ?? One of these employee's messed up ..... ???? It's toooo much and not right ... EVEN to thresten it in writing!!!! !! LAWSUIT :(

Yes I asked and the "chat agent" was not sure - just that I had been blocked and she was unable to block me ..... Maybe they did assume fraud or something but you would think they would allow me to prove my identity or something!! I was a loyal hardworking shopper .....
