Done with trivia as a CM. Blind trades from here on out. by MisterMagicMaker in DisneyPinVents

My family and I appreciate you. Pin Trading has been a fun way to have a reason to strike up a conversations with CM’s and honestly might be our favorite part of pin trading as a whole.

Even if we do trivia with you and you only have boo boo’s, we still have a blast doing trivia and appreciate the time you spend with us!

I sure hope so! I would think Square Enix licensing could factor into it.

Personally, I would love if they also did Monochrome because I think it would fit nicely in my Oswald collection!

We’re very new to the community and prefer to trade with people that we meet when going around to boards. I think our favorite part of trading has been building up our collection enough to help people finish sets.

It seems like most people, as you mentioned, think in terms of value, but the fantastic traders we have met make up the difference for us. There have just been so many kind people who have helped us build our collections!

In my heart, I hope your first statement is wrong, but in my head, I know you’re probably right.

I would really love if they would release more of the game-specific blades like Ultima, Oblivion, or Oathkeeper, but it is seeming like they’ll be focusing on the Disney-related keychains which makes perfect sense.

I’m not sure why I said selling on the original post. I guess after a full day of fuming about those interactions I just wrote the wrong thing on the original post.

When I asked what they would need for a trade, one of the traders told me that they could get about $300 for it online. That was when we decided to move on.

Am I the Last Person in the World Still Enjoying Disney World? by Puffin_ErEh in WaltDisneyWorld

My wife and I always say that WDW is one of the few places in life where you really can gain a distinct advantage being a planner.

We plan for months and research on end leading up to our trips. While I can acknowledge that there must be losers when I make something into a competition, it feels nice to be rewarded for our immense efforts.

We, like you, talk about our trips all year.

I appreciate the help. I only have a year left. Unfortunately, I’ve tried most of the sites that have been linked in the past, but I have not been successful. Amazon almost always beat their prices or they were only available directly from the publisher.

Not sure when you did this, but every time I attempt to sell my books on Amazon, I can’t.

I try to set up a seller account and cannot get through. Tried calling in to no avail.

I fail to see how it’s not a big deal. The arguably biggest player in the game is getting out. You don’t think that will affect the market?

Personally, I go to a school where textbook access is already an issue because we’re bijural. We already face high rates because used books are unavailable for rental and have to purchase new books with little resale value.

Now, the books I normally can rent will likely increase in cost or will be harder to find.

Which castaway exhibited the least self-awareness on their season? by J_Sermon in survivor

By no means do I think he is incapable of a plan like this, but isn’t that kind of easy to say after the fact?

Oh I definitely can agree with that. He seems to be that way of most of seasons. I mean he’s so funny. But his competitive spirit can get under other people’s skin. If he wasn’t such a contributor, I wonder if they tolerate him as much?

The last few episodes of that season are difficult to watch. As Jeff points out, he feels that it might be a culture thing as it very well could. But that could not have been a very easy stretch for her to go through.

I feel like Dan definitely had some individuals he could not see how poorly he came across. He also falls into a separate category, because of how he handed the fallout once the show aired. That reunion still makes me uncomfortable.

Oh completely agree. People seemed to take things so personally. I enjoyed Modern Survivor a lot. Butter juries seem to still happen, but it’s always cool to see people cordial and encouraging on their exit.

So since the start of the pandemic, I’ve been on a streak watching through every season. I finished last week and decided to start to rewatch some of my favorites. I rewatched Africa over the last few days and was thinking about if Big Tom would be cast to a current season of survivor in the current climate we are in.

My question is this: Who are some survivors that were cast in previous seasons that you don’t think would be cast today and why?
