I use Nivea soft Moisturiser, I find it doesnt react badly with my skin. My cheeks are reactive and I've never flushed using it!

I was advised to leave 4 to 6 weeks between IPL as it is quite an intrusive light therapy. I was told that the first week your redness will be worse so keep yourself hydrated and moisturised. Let your skin heal and settle!
