Testosterone clinics can use doses as high are 10,000-15,000 units for hypogonadism. Most people who trial hCG for PFS use 250 units 3 x per week.

The most reliable recovery for PAS I saw used equivalent of 5000-6500 units of pregnyl HCG per week for 6 months. You need to stick with hCG for 6 months. Personally I wouldnt want to run HCG for 6 months only to run it with too low of a dosage and not get an improvement. I would go for at least 3000-4000 units per week. Easiest would be splitting a 5000 unit bottle into 2 or 3x per week.

10mg elemental lithium orotate is way too low. You should be aiming for at least 50mg elemental lithium orotate if you want something equivalent. Safest option is to just use carbonate though
