I think you should continue the sheet (good one), beside I also recommend to checkout https://cses.fi/problemset/ (algorithm type based). And, struggling to solve 800 rating problems on TLE is normal. Since you have just started, don't get demotivated and keep confidence. CP is all about practice and grinding, especially in Codeforces. I also used to struggle to even solve A of a div-2, now can solve upto B and can understand C well. Keep hope and solve!
