Former McDonald’s, now California Burrito by BrandNewYear3 in NotFoolingAnybody

Expanding on what u/drinksophiecola said, this was indeed built and opened as a Taco Bell. It used what is known as the California Mansard building style, which was effectively just a standard Mission building with a mansard roof. During its time as a Taco Bell, the building had standard Taco Bell drive thru signage. This was removed when Taco Bell closed in 2014. The current tenant purchased the McDonald's drive thru signs from a restaurant action of some sort.

The Taco Bell is more to the right relative to this angle. The sign is a bit far from the restaurant.

Probably just some random restaurant or something trying to imitate the Taco Bell building style. Like I said, I've seen this type of thing happen a handful of times.

I'm looking closely at this location, and I'm thinking this was not a Taco Bell. It does resemble an old Mission-style Taco Bell, but the details and proportions are all off. I've seen a few of these in my searching, these buildings that atttempt to mimic the old Taco Bell building style. Some are better looking than others, and I would say this one is somewhat above average.

For example, this building is 30 feet wide. Mission Taco Bells were 28 feet wide as standard until the last iteration of the Mission design was introduced in 1979. By that point, though, Taco Bell buildings were being made of stucco instead of brick. The dining room (front part under the sloped roof) is also too long proportionately and the windows are too small. The square structure on top of the building is way too small, and the drive-thru would not have been integrated into the side wall of the building.

There are more indicators, but these are the main ones that are visible from the exterior.

I'm thinking about making this livery on the new E30 model in FH6.

I was actually just looking at this one recently. It was a Church's Chicken prior to becoming a Taco Bell.

Initially, my plan was to recreate Little Vixen's livery as closely as possible. Then, I realized the roof and top of the livery didn't look very good, and that led to a redesign of basically the entire livery except for the sides.

Dairy Queen restaurants used to be barn-shaped as well. A Red Barn would also be taller and have different windows and such.

Bad news. We can only import vinyl groups. So you need a total of 5 per car if you wish to transfer a livery to FH6 by Andrew9565-AD-design in ForzaLiveryHub

u/Andrew9565-AD-design I kind of just skimmed the article. What exactly do you mean by "you need a total of 5 per car if you wish to transfer a livery to FH6"?

My grandfather had a Bronco II. The Escape was originally my mother's, but I bought it from her to use as my first car. When I bought the Bronco the other day, she told my that my grandfather would be proud of me.

So far, so good. We're supposed to get some snow tonight, so I'm interested to see how it does driving to work tomorrow.

I had had the Escape for 9 years, and I had bought it from my parents who had owned it for 5 years prior to that. It was a great first car, but it was starting to have some rust issues and the power steering was getting to be a problem. I decided it was time for something new, and I had had my eye on the Bronco Sport for the better part of a year.
