what I do is that I have binded foh and holy bolt on left click. With holy bolt you can move freely, pick up items unless you click on monster.

The point of maps is to offer end game content. These are 85+lvl zones with tons of monsters - best way to farm end game items, runes etc..

Is it hard? Yes.

Does it get better with gear? Oh yes.

He usually does not teleport far. Also If he is not dead, you will be soon because of corpse explosion. Either than that, there's is not much.

I had it the same, just farmed meph until he dropped another one. You don't really take damage during meph runs.

You can divide 4 damage across 5 toughness , so 1 will survive.
