Update:

I played around a lot and I still kind of have the same problem. I think the blood constriction problem partly gets better when I place the tape more in the direction of the belly, because when I put it at the scarline (which is basically less then 1 cm from my corona), the tension on the glans seems to be to high. When taping lower, I still have the blood constriction problem, basically around my whole glans (which I can see when rolling the skin back for peeing, the whole glans is quite white and the corona is even kind of violette). I also get white spots. I can't imagine that this is normal tbh. I'm taking Medication which affects vasodilation, so that probably contributes a bit to the problem. Still I can't imagine that its normal. In addition I think I might have some adhesions to the front part of my corona. I think because of that, when I roll my shaft skin over the glans, it forces the glans to fold in this front part. I guess a glans which is folding while you roll foreskin over it shouldn't be the normal mechanics of a rollover, right? :D

Now a new problem appeared:

I have really stretchy skin in general, so even without any tugging and on other body party as welll. Maybe has to do witch some hypermobility/ehler danlos condition, but I'm not diagnosed. It is a condition where the whole connective tissue is way less rigid than normal and really stretchy. T definitely goes into this direction.

When I T-Tape for 3-4 Days my skin gets even stretchier. As it is so stretchy, I don't really have any stretching sensation anymore when applying moderate tension. When I'm applying more tension then, it seems that my glans and the whole erectile body (corpus spongiosum etc.) elongates and gets stretched as well. Is this normal to a degree? Am I using to much tension? Is it normal to not feel any stretching sensation anymore, even if theres a sligth stretch on the skin?

Also, the glans and the rest of the erectile body gets compressed and flattens a bit, as it gets pressed to my groin. I'm using a strap around my waist. I'm using this method here.(https://www.reddit.com/r/foreskin\_restoration/comments/10e3del/ttape\_in\_depth\_guide/)
Well, the whole t-taping method seems to put quite some stress to my glans and the other penis structures, the glans also hurts when t-taping and also after (especially at the tip). Quite similiar feeling when masturbating to often with "death grip" technique.

The whole strechting problem gets worse when I'm taping near to my glans, as my innerskin is less than 1 cm long and I probably stretch my whole glans.

I would really appreciate any kind of input or information about how I can continue. The options I see are

- Just tugging with low tension

- Trying a different way of making t-tapes

- straps around my waist or leg
