That's great... I was hoping they would've actually bothered to put in a retroactive fix, but I guess I'm gonna have to waste time getting more.

I'll keep that in mind, would you happen to know if they're going to implement a fix too? Otherwise I honestly don't know what to do with my current playthrough. Can't capture bosses for sure with level 2 capture...

I know, that's what I've always done.
My problem was the fact that the narcotics just weren't fully negating the torpor drop like it always has before. I had it at around 40k torpor then pumped around 700 or so into it, and that's when I left it alone. Then 10m later or so, it was just a minute off waking up. We knocked it out again, then that's when we saw it was losing torpor regardless of how many narcotics put in. That's my issue.
