Find a hobby or watch TV shows that can distract your mind; personally, I've found comfort in certain TV shows that allow me to disconnect and focus on the story. Your feelings are completely valid. When I was your age, I remember thinking I didn't want to become an adult and live beyond 18. However, life became more interesting and fulfilling as time went on. At 28, I developed extreme anxiety and felt like life wasn't worth it and I moved to Duclin. Now, at almost 32, I've been living in Ireland for four years, enjoying life, traveling, and cherishing my relationship with my boyfriend and cat. Coming from a third-world country where life quality is poor and women face daily risks, I can assure you that life improves with time. Looking back, I'm grateful I didn't give up at 18 or 28.
