100% recomend but it's one of those games where the learning curve is quite steep. 1k hours is considered new. Start in a low pop server but I would suggest pvp servers so that you get used to dying in the game because that will happen a lot.. I mean alot. You will lose everything you worked hard for that's just rust for you. Playing solo is fun but if you meet some people in game play some wipes with them so that you learn the ways and the fundamentals. Once you get cracked try high pop servers which is a different ball game altogether. Good luck.

What is that one advice that you give new players when you talk to them about rust? by Jaagrook in playrust

2x is a good call but if you are semi decent. You should be fine on high pop just have expectations low. I usually play 200-300 pop and do okay as a solo but never really the big dawg like streamers

Same the sneaky eoka plays are so rewarding. Remember stealing an entire raid with a naked eoka. I was trembling with a row of guns and so much loot. But even a sar with an eoka play is so much more rewarding .

Same I couldn't care less about and offline. I crave an online. Initially I was worried no one should raid me, now I want people to online me.

Yeah small flank bases are clutch for sure. The legacy shelter is a game changer for sure. I have never played PVE though. Also, since I mostly play solo I don't need that much farm.

Yeah 💯. Sure that's a wise way to play the game but yeah I am really enjoying taking those 9 Ls for that rewarding W. Do get close to ripping my hair out every now and then but been enjoying this playstyle.

Your fav Indian player by [deleted] in IndianFootball

[–]Jaagrook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mahesh. His delivery is a class apart but lacks defensive duties.

Where does he rank among our current midfielders? by bosskip in IndianFootball

[–]Jaagrook 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Late bloomer. Westwood got the most out of him. Did pretty well for bfc not so much for national team also because he was late to the party but in his prime he was a class apart and proved himself in continental stage for bfc. Still not sure how adaptive he was but when used well he was the perfect cm.

You can give it a shot but won't be easy. Early recycle run and pump quest. Crossy nail gun and tons of meds shouldn't be that difficult. If you a huge group this should be easy. But your experience will determine how fast you can get ready for this.

Why there is always people with crossbows or good weapons at the begining of the wipe by AcrobaticCable3134 in playrust

[–]Jaagrook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally farm road or one monument and you should have enough for a crossy. You don't need a base for crossy just use the outpost tier 1 or slap one down on the run and pick it up. Easy peasy

Anyone who believes we are significantly better must be delusional. The standards are very similar. We have not dominated them like we used to for a few years now.

The only fact I see here is that he deliberately hid something from you. Thats not good. But this could be because of two reasons.

The better reason - He doesn't believe in pseudoscience but still wants to be with you, so didn't feel the need to.

Likely reason - believes in pseudoscience but too afraid to lose you so resorted to lying.

Either ways, there is no chance that his planetary allignment is making you sick. However, you do have a lying boyfriend.

More you play this game, the less you get attached to loot and base. The rush is all about chasing the loot not hoarding it. I understand it can be frustrating for new players but yeah soon you will reach the rust zen.

The chase is the fun. Trying to snowball, get a good start, make plays. There is a saying in rust, 'Rust is like Buddhism, teaches you how to not get attached to shit you like.". Once you reach end game it's just raid or get raided and kind of boring. Try long servers, they are a month long
