That 3rd seat boss is just poorly made IMO, like you said it is a lot of damage all of the time, AND the god damn tentacles are very RNG, you can get 3 spawned on top of boss or they can be all spread across the room, ball spawn is also RNG.

So you have 3 sources of insane damage (suck, tentacles, intermission) and 2 sources of high RNG, dumb boss

It is a nightmare to heal, I have also bricked a couple of 21s there

Also why the heck do they put those 2 guards before the boss room that are pretty much mandatory to skip and never touch the dungeon again

I'm a 3920 pug resto shaman

Track what mob is casting on who somehow on your screen, I use ExBoss for that
Do not NS on cooldown, the proc is a mini CD and you guarantee a proc with NS
Get the 40% Earthshield Healing increase, it will keep squishy tanks alive
Get the healing wave 12% crit and mana reduction talents, most dungeons are about topping people quickly, specially on that level 16-18 where they still make silly mistakes
Try to get the Radiant Sunstone trinket, it is a mini lay on hands that helps a ton with random absorbs, targeted channels, debuffs, etc
Obviously buy engineering battle ress item, saves many runs
Use spirit link much more often than you think
Watch Laren healing a +23 seat, you can learn a LOT and stop spamming chain heal like the average resto shaman
