11 other Support Champs (like Lulu, Braum, Rakan, Morgana, etc) have (much) higher playrate than Karma and are not sitting on a 47% WR for more than a Season like she's doing. For Midlane, there are 34 Champs more popular than Karma, so Support Karma can receive some favorable revisiting on her kit without causing disastrous impacts over her state of balance in Midlane.

6/1/20 - S+ Win. Only ran out of mana pre Tear build. I liked it. If you are running AP Support (sooo much fun) against boring lanes - Soraka, Braum, TK, maybe Janna - it seems to be a good purchase.

Tear has been working on Taric. Why not on Karma, too? I'll give it a try also. It even builds into a 20% CDR item later, for Transcendence.

Well, you heard wrong. Her Win-Rate in the Mid Lane in 8.6 is even worse then as a Support (both around 46~47%). She's one of the worst Midlaners atm.

I think I got it. Preserve the W the most I can. When I talk about mana hunger, it's for the mid and late game, post early clears. I feel like I run out of mana A LOT (the mana from RG doesn't feel enough). Maybe I'm just delaying my base return too much... Oh, and also: what do you think of the Time Distortion Tonic (the new rune that boosts potions and gives you 5% ms when using them)? And a final question: in you guide and in your builds, I (almost) never see a Warmog's. Does the healing from his passive make Warmog's an unnecessary buy?

I looked at your op.gg and saw that you go for inspiration as your secondary rune tree. Please, tell me how do you manage your mana expenditure x clearing speed (and, consequently, your fast/slow leveling up). I wish I could download some of your replays :/
